Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology

Previous work experience as a technical support engineer or desktop support engineer

·In-depth knowledge of hardware and networking systems.

·Knowledge of operating systems, web services, and API.

·Knowledge of remote access systems such as TeamViewer.

·Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.

·Excellent communication skills.

·Good interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications.
• Working with JavaScript.
• Experience building RESTful API.
• Strong ability to Integrate with Web services (RESTful/JSON, SOAP services).
• Familiar with GIT repositories (Bit Bucket).
• Experience with source control management systems, including Subversion and Git.

• 3 years or more of experience in the same field.
• Leadership skills.
• The ability to develop and apply testing processes for new and current products to satisfy the customers' needs.
• Ability to create detailed, comprehensive and well-organized test plans.
• Monitor the testing to ensure the quality of the final outcome.
• Defining, recording, documenting accurately, tracing errors, and preparing reports.

Master’s degree in HR preferred.

Experience in OD, Training and Development, Career and HR Planning fields.

 5years or more of relevant experience.

 Flexibility.

Good English level.

Ability to lead a team.

Located in Riyadh.
